I WOULD NOT RECCOMMEND THE SUMMIT TO ANYONE. THE MANAGEMENT IS UNPROFESSIONAL, GOSSIPY AND UNORGANIZED. MAINTENANCE IS NEVER COMPLETED, THERE IS TRASH ON THE GROUNDS, AND VERY LITTLE PARKING. I WOULD VENTURE TO SAY THAT ANY GOOD REVIEW IN THE LAST 6 MONTHS WAS PROBABLY WRITTEN BY THE MANAGEMENT THEMSELVES.

You need to blame the trash on the other renters in the complex. People are so damn messy that if it is not theirs then they are not going to take care of it. The problem is probably you because I have no complaints and I do not see any trash around. You probably do not agree with what management told you so you just want to trash talk so JUST GET OVER YOURSELF.

The trash is rarely noticable... parking could be better at night time, but I must disagree on the maintenance as it is usually taken care of within the same day if not sooner... the only exception being when the whole complex lost air conditioning (it wasn't just you). Yes, you're entitled to an opinion so stop crying as I am a resident with one myself. The ownership and maintenance are very nice to me although one staff member can be more polite.

I lived at the Summit for a year and never had any of the problems that were mentioned, especially with management. I lived right across from their apartment, and it was great. They are so accomodating; one night I had a leak in my ceiling around 10:00 PM. I knocked on their door, and they fixed it right then, even at that hour. I acutally found the grounds to be more well kept since new management took over, though the old management did a good job as well. If you are looking for a safe, friendly place to live, I don't think you can go wrong here.

LIKE I SAID, EVERYONE IS ENTITLED TO THEIR OPINION. DIDN'T KNOW THAT MY HONEST OPINION WOULD OFFEND SO MANY PEOPLE. OH WELL, NOT RETRACTING IT. I THINK THAT PEOPLE HAVE A RIGHT TO KNOW THE BAD THINGS ABOUT THE SUMMIT TOO. MAYBE IF YOU WENT THROUGH THE CRAP THAT I WENT THROUGH WITH THEM, THEN YOU'D UNDERSTAND. THE MANAGEMENT DID USED TO BE GREAT, BUT THEN ONE DAY, MAINTENANCE STOPPED AND NO ONE WANTED TO DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT. I'M GLAD THAT EVERYONE ELSE HAS A BETTER EXPERIENCE THAN I DO TO SHARE, HOWEVER MY OPINION STILL STANDS. SINCE NEW MANAGEMENT TOOK OVER, THE SUMMIT IS BY FAR THE WORST APARTMENT ATMOSPHERE THAT I HAVE EVER LIVED IN. I THINK THAT PEOPLE SHOULD TAKE THE GOOD WITH THE BAD AND WEIGH WHAT IS MORE IMPORTANT TO ME. MYSELF, I OPTED FOR GOOD MANAGEMENT, GOOD MAINTENANCE, SAFETY AND SECURITY. GOOD LUCK.
