After living in 6 different apartment communities, I have experienced a variety of management styles. The Summit has the best management in the business by far. They genuinely care about their property and their tenants, which is rare. I had two maintenance problems in a year, and they were there within the day and didnât quit until the job was done. The property is also maintained like no other; immediately after taking over the property 7 months ago, they re-roofed every building in the entire complex. The workout facility is also well maintained and has great equipment. They have free weights, machines, treadmills, and ellipticals, all of which are newer models. Though there is a Bally Total fitness across the street, I found no need to join because of the quality of the onsite facility. All in all, The Summit is one of the best apartment communities in which anyone could live. I thoroughly enjoyed living here, and I would submit to anyone who reads a negative review that the author of that review was probably evicted (and deserved it) and wonât accept any responsibility for their own actions. If you would like further feedback or has specific questions, feel free to email me.

This is one that I will agree with. When the old management was there...BH Management, they did put in a new weight center so the weights are new and the weight room is very well maintained.
