This Apartment Complex is a great place to live From: Kenny_Vallespin Date posted: 11/21/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   The Summit of Thousand Oaks is a really homely place to live with a great staff that will cater to your every housekeeping needs. The manager is a very loving and caring person for all of her tenants and is willing to take time out of her day to just talk. The apartments have a great feel to them and are well kept by the staff. It is a clean environment that would be great to raise a family or even start a family. I have really enjoyed my stay here in these apartments and would recommend anyone to stay here, and i would definitely still be living here if I was not getting deployed with the military.
