this is a gorgeous place to live in From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 11/24/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   The office staff in this apartment are so nice and helpful,they help us eversince we moved in such as letting us pay our rent in half because sometimes we're having difficulties to pay all of our bills and they understand what our situation is.They are approachable and friendly, so if you read some of those nasty comments from them don't buy/believe on it.Probably the people who wrote all those nasty comments from them they're not doing their responsibilties to clean up and maintained their unit.We can't compare the summit of thousand oaks apartment to other apartment because they have a good reputation anf they have a good manipulation.The maintenance are good too, they're doing there job as best as they could.Everything is clean and organize in this apartment.Miss Lamia the manager and her husband are good people they love all their tenants and treat them real well.We thank them a lot for everything....God bless there heart.
