find a newer apartment in the area, with a management team from a company because it is hard to do business with a single owner instead of a company with typed policies who cannot change them whenever they want.
they will come in your apartment whenever they want to without notice.
A/C does not work good.
dog poop everywhere, get home early otherwise no parking.
good luck i would not move in.
i have 3 months left and i cannot wait.

Hey loser, do you ever listen to yourself? Sounds to me like you are confused. Let me spell it out for you. IF YOU GO BY THE RULES THE OWNER WILL BE NICE TO YOU.. I have lived here a long time and I'm very happy here. This is the best apartment complex in the area. I think that the fact it is run by the owner is a good thing because it it well taken care of. Things get done very quickly and you don't get that with a management company. Oh, by the way if your A/C is not working, you should put in a maintenance request and stop whining. If you are having trouble finding parking, maybe you aren't paying attention. There is plenty of parking here. I hope that you find the missing part of your brain because you need it to function properly in life.

I have been living here for almost a year and I simply love the fact that it is run by the owner and not some management company. Obviously you must be incompetent because if you read closely to one or your old leases that is run by a management company and in the fine print it states that the office has every right to go into your apartment without your knowledge anytime they feel necessary. If for some reason they did go in it was because you are just not following the rules like everyone else in the complex and they need to take care of the situation. For the dog poop excuse that is bullcrap because I know for a fact they are not taking dogs anymore and if you have not noticed these animals called CATS that roam around the property and they do poop were they please. Some are strays and the owner is removing them when they can catch them. I don't know what parking situation you are having but I have no problem finding parking even when I return home from work late at night or from going out with friends. If you want a place to park all the time then maybe you should pay for covered parking. It does not cost an arm and a leg and you get your very own spot so you can quit crying. Thank god you only have three months left cause then I can stop reading these ridiculous excuses all the time about the poop and parking. I can tell you this, this complex is one of the safest ones compared to others that are just down the street. If you don't beleive me check out the SAPD website and you can see for yourself. You just need to get over yourself the world does not revolve around you. I agree with klop1536 you need to seriously find the missing part of your brain.

I have to agree that the things you have stated are completely untrue. When I have problems the owners are very quick to help and make sure that everything was taken care of. They speak to me when I see them and are very friendly. The parking is awesome compared to where some of my friends live. Everyone who has animals is very good at cleaning their animals droppings. This is a great place that is gated and very secure!! I don't think I will feel safer any other place!

I am searching for an apt, going through these reviews, I sense some major loyalty by the tenants. Thx Anna, Lee, and Klop for your counters to this post! I hope I am able to get an apt there in August when I move to SA.
