MUST READ PLEASE! From: anna.arratia Date posted: 3/8/2007 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2007   This apt is by far the safest place I have ever been since moving to SA. If you can't get into the gate and must buzz through, they are very secure on why you are getting into the gate which makes me feel great! Management is freaking AWESOME! When I have problems, the owner will personally make sure I was taken care of and everything was ok. There was a crazy lady that lived by me and they made her leave because she would randomly call the police on people for noise and they handled her quickly which made me feel great. Maintance will come at any time that you need them. My problems have always been taken care of quickly! When my toilet overflooded and they were off, they still came to help me!
