Summit Of Thousand Oaks

Great Place, Great People From: Gary27150 Date posted: 5/4/2007 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2007   I lived at Summit of Thousand Oaks for almost a year and a half. I moved in mid November of 2005 and moved out in April of 2007 because I bought a house. In the time I was there, I only had 2 problems. One with the air conditioner and one with the front door. Both problems were fixed promptly and correctly the first time. The owners and the staff are some of the nicest and friendliest people I have ever met. Mike and Lameie and Teresa are always very friendly and warm. They would always say hello and always ask to make sure that everything was fine and that I didn't have any problems or issues. The place is clean and well maintained. The parking was never a problem. I could always park right outside of my apartment. The owners live on the property and they have an SAPD officer who lives there so security was never a problem. The apartment complex is unbelievably convenient to just about anything you need. Major roads and shopping are all around you and there is a great bar right across the street you can walk to. I would recommend this apartment to anyone and would still be there if I hadn't bought a house.
