I won't go into detail, but the staff (especially those in the leasing office, not so much the grounds keeper or the owner himself)
are totally unprofessional and selfish. Many of the apartments need updating badly. Safety isnt an issue honestly. But do yourself a favor and dont pay way too much for way too small of an apartment when there are brand new apartments just up and down 1604 or on stone oak. Everything is way out-dated. I wouldnt be suprised if the people defending this place so avidly aren't doing so from the front office of the complex. Who has time to scan bad reviews and rebut'

I completely agree with the response above. I have lived in these apartments for over two years and they are great! They are not small at all and they are not overpriced. They are older apartments so of course they are not going to be like brand new apartments that have just been built. They are all updated well, I am in my second apartment here (downsized) and everything is great and updated to good standards. Oh and by the way you must be a complete idiot for thinking the apartment complex's down Stone Oak and 1604 are cheaper because I know for a fact they aren't. Most of them start out at $800. I used to live over there so I would know. Oh and as far as the staff, YOU ARE COMPLETELY WRONG. They are nice and very professional. They treat you with respect and if I have any problem they always help and resolve it straight away. I am a student and I am very busy so they always work with me. As far as sitting in front of the apartment complex rebutting your review, maybe you should rethink that.

UMMM I do and I am NOT in the office thank you very much....I have lived in this apartment complex for almost 4 years and have had very little porblem, the size of the apartment is just fine and they take care of everything that I have needed taken care of in a timely manner...as far as the apartment up and down 1604 they are he ones that are WAY OVER PRICED and too smal but whatever...make sure that you know your facts before you bad mouth other people that happen to like the place that they live in...more than likely you are one of the people that the office had issues with like maybe you broke your lease or you had a pet that wasnt allowed but that is no reason to trash talk a perfectly god apartment complex
