It is the best apartment complex and prices are competitive with the poorer apartments in the area. The over worked maintance crew keep the heated pool and hot tub clean. They sauna was removed, the tennis court needs fixing and the sand volleyball court is neglected, don't worry... the basketball court is in great condition. Safety is ok, but the complex has a difficult time preventing their recreational center from being burglarized and vandalized. Every so often there are a string of cars broken into. The new management does not refund money lost to broken washers or dryers, but they keep it none the less. The side of town it's located on, this is the best place to live at. You can feel secure your home will not be broken into, management is friendly (they have free video rentals), covered parking, and the maintenance men are trust worthy. The pool area is open all year round. It's a safe community for families and the grounds are tended weekly. If you are straped for cash and location is a factor, I highly recommend this place over the other choices in this area
