Lived here 6 mos. Staff was excellent. Had a dead animal in my ceiling (bad) but the maintenance was out to fix it about an hour after I called (good). Apartments are decent and rent is very reasonable.. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants a good deal on an apartment but isn't looking for anything too fancy. Don't get an apartment facing Blanco, though, the road is just too damn loud.
