I have lived at Sunray for two years. At first it was great. I live in the front so it was a little noisy from the street traffic but all in all pretty nice. Then I got new neighbors. They would pound up the stairs at all hours of the night and early morning yelling at each other. Their children very disorderly and LOUD, very inconsiderate to those with different work hours. The maintance sucks! I have been waiting for two months for them to come and fix in a leak in one of my bathrooms. The toliets are a nightmare! You can only wipe once and then flush or you stand there and flush five and six times. I got used carpet when I moved in and I bet I will be charged for the carpet when I leave. When I moved in, they painted over the walls with this cheap latex paint and during the summer it peels and gets on everything! Recently they started replacing the shingles on the siding but it still looks like crap. The majority problem is that the people that live there are very inconsiderate.
