When I first moved into the apartments they told me the bushes looked really pretty when they bloom. But ever since the weather has changed I have nothing but problems, ROACHES!!! Also the old next door moved and now the fleas have come. I don't even have a pet and my apartment has fleas! Not to mention the jungle that's outside my door. I have a huge bush outside that is home to a family of possums that scratch on my walls until all hours of the night. I don't really have too much bad to say about management because as soon as I've let them know about the pest problems they have sent someone out to spray. But its just not enough, they keep coming back. I'm a tidy person but who know with the neighbors and the jungle outside. When my lease is up at Sunray I'm moving to the concrete jungle!

sunray is an older apartment community so all the vegitation and greenery have been there for years. its not a jungle! dont over exaggerate! its a beautiful community with lots to offer! if you had such a problem with the bush, the staff, im sure wouldnt have had a problem with cutting it down for you! its a great home! i love living here! i suggest that all ppl live a sunray!

Sunray is far from great. I live here where there's a bad animal problem which the management refuses to do anything about! I have had nothing but trouble here. Just b/c it is an older property doesn't mean it is acceptable.

I agree! Sunray is the worst! Just because it is older doesn't mean that they can keep it like crap. That's what it is and that is what lives in the attic. Crap with tails and teeth. No way I'd EVER live there again or recommend ANYONE to move in! They take your money and when problems arise they have no idea what you are talking about. They don't see the stray animals wondering around, they don't hear the rats in your attic, they charge you for the previous tenant wear and tear and care less when your personal property is stolen or damaged. My car was keyed while I lived there and in addition to the rodent issue, I had an infestation of roaches and water leaks in both of my bathrooms! RUN RUN RUN!
