I have to say I don't know what those other people are complaining about
because I have lived here for a year and I love it!!! I am getting ready to
move into another apartment and I have to admit that it wasn't so good
living here when the old manager managed it because she was not nice and thought we
were low class people. I am glad she went to her rich complex( Salado Springs).
The new manager is doing a great job. The grounds are absolutely wonderful, as well as the
pools with there banana trees to pick bananas from!! Because the rooms were
built in the 70's they are huge and they are a great price. I also love the
maintenance group. Thanks for giving me such a great experience.

I live in Sunray too - the current manager is incompetent. I should move to Salado Springs with the people who have class.
