I moved out of Sunray as soon as I could. When I first moved in everything was just so nice and hunky dorry and then they let ANYBODY move in. My truck was hit twice and I got fleas! I don't even have a dog! The roaches were the worst, no matter how many Roach Baits I put out. I got used carpet and when I moved out they charged me for it and then there were some stains from a previous tenant and they charged me for those too! Unbelieveable! And then, they sent me a cleaning bill of $500 dollars! It was spotless when I moved out! They said there was a strong odor from the carpet, maybe if they had given me new carpet, they wouldn't have had that issue.
The toliets are horrid, you can only flush once and they clog all the time. There is a family of squirrels that live in the attic and constintely chewing on the wood to all hours of the night. The neighbors are worse, they have no consideration for anyone or anything and their kids are brats! Running up and down the stairs, screaming at the top of their lungs!
Just before I moved out, there was a couple in the office talking to the staff about a leak and the staff kept telling them there was no leak and yet their ceiling showed signs of water damage. Gee, how did that happen'
If you have a sense for peace, you're better off buying a house! Sunray is a nothing but a dumping ground for those on welfare and stamps. No class what so ever. DO NOT MOVE HERE! RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN!

Just thougt you might want to know... those weren't squirrels knawing on your attic wood. That's what we were told for three years until one of the "squirrels" actually decided to show up in our kitchen and living room. They are rats! Then when we approached management about the problem, they admitted there was a major infestation problem they were trying to deal with. And we've been patient with this "problem" for three years and finally when we moved out, we left the rat feces on the kitchen floor for our move-out inspection.
