I have lived here for two years and each year that passes it gets worse -if that is possible! The latest stint is NO HOT WATER during winter!! We haven t had hot water for a week and they have yet to do anything about it. Besides this fiasco here are some OTHER problems that have occurred: rodents in the ceiling and walls, no water pressure, flea infestation (I don t own any pets!), very loud neighbors, horrible smell of smoke in my apt from last tenants (which they said they resolved but didn t), and lastly my car got stolen!! The office personnel are not helpful.

Whatever you do, don t move in here! It is not worth it. Also don t listen to them when they say they put new carpet in apts -they don t, they smell because they haven t been changed since the apt complex opened. Don t move here!!

Grow up your spoiled little ---- american brat. Water pipes break. Do you think it was a big conspiracy committed by Sunray, in order to cheat you out of your god-given AMERICAN right to have hot water everyday? You are such a spoiled brat american little ---- that it is sickening. Try living in Asia for 6 months. You'd probably die.

hey they dont live in ASIA & they PAY!!! to live there so no there should not be those problems!!! idiot! u must not b from america! cause round here we pay 4 ---- & expect to get what we pay for!!!!!!!!!

Again Anonymous 3/10/2007 is a perfect example of the quality tenancy you can expect as your neighbor when living here. The apartment property must be advertised in some minority or immigrant publication somewhere. They just keep showing up.
