I love the new apts. The old ones are gross with no diswashers, no central heat or air, garbage disposals or anything. I am moving from an old apartment to a new one and have lived there for 5 years. yeah, the rent is high- but that is Alamo Heights. As to the bugs- that comes with living with trees and land- something most apts dont have.
