Really bad

Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2003
 
I had mold and the management would not do anything about it. The air conditioner went out and it took 2 months to fix. This was in July and August. The outside was always a mess. No one ever picked anything up. The office help are nice and they smile a lot but they are clueless.They always lost leases and records. I was constantly resigning something.
