I lived at Sunset Ridge for just over 3 years and hated to leave (moved out-of-town). I haven't lived there since the renovations have occurred, so I can't speak to that, but I can comment on the charm of the surroundings, the great location (just yards away from quaint restaturants, vetinary clinic, drug store, book store, ice cream shop, etc) and the uniqueness of the setting. As for complaints about the roaches' Yeah, sure, there were plenty. But this is south Texas. I don't know any apartment complex (restaurant, retail establishment or grocery store) that doesn't have a roach problem. It's just a fact of San Antonio life.
