Who ever posted the "get it in writing" note hit the nail on the head. The management is nice until you need something repaired/replaced (not unusual in a 50 yr. old apartment) and then they rarely follow through....and their repairs usually need repairing after a month or two.

After 4 years I'm moving becuase the increased rent is an insult. They are trying to finance the new project by squeezing their current residents (water bill based on sq. footage''') - Rediculous and petty.
