I have been at Sunset Ridge for about a year and 3 months and my experience there has been ok. Maintenance is pretty good and the grounds and building are kept clean.(This is due to contributions from tenants and maintenance)The only problem I have is with the thermastat. Although heat is included you have no control over your thermostat. My apartment is so hot that I have to put on a fan or open a window. Since I am on the ground floor opening windows is not an option. Crime has gone down dramatically since I been here. I wish the location was a little closer to the bus routes. The prices are kinda high especially for a 1 bedroom apartment. I would not recommend it to a single person.
