The apartments are farely nice - wood floors, nice kitchens, quiet neighborhood.

But there are cons - shoddy carpentry means all windows are unequal in size, ventilation holes often not right, incompetent and snobby staff, nosey maintenance, poor lighting throughout community, small DIRTY gym, pool is often nasty, small closets, bad plumbing, etc.

Worst is the price. They gouge you with overpriced rent to pay for improvements. Rent in major cities is the same - what gives' Also hiked up water fees to pay for their usage. If you want a good deal, pretend you're a single parent, they get advantages, er, if not you're discriminated against.

Staff is lazy and tear up ground with golf carts instead of walking, so when it rains, sidewalks are a sea of mud.

Carports are a joke.

The staff is petty and overall rude. Manager is VERY rude and seems to think she has some noble job - right honey, you only work in an apartment complex. Get over yourself.

Landscaping is crap. They don't trim back bushes, trees, etc. blocking sidewalks that are already dark.
