There are some ups and downs with this apartment complex, but ultimately, if I had to do it again, I wish I had never lived there. there were the biggest roaches I have ever seen in my life living with me. GROSS. And the insulation was awful, I could hear my neighbor SNORING!! so if you want ANY privacy at all, DON'T live here. I felt bad everytime I listened to music or watched movies, bc the entire neighborhood could hear. Oh and there was no dumpster for the trash, you had to put it out on the curb and the city would charge an extra however much it was, plus you get the beautiful scenery of trashbags two days of the week in front of your apt. There was no closet space, my bathroom door was so ancient it wouldn't shut, and the front office treated you as a stranger everytime you came by. In theory, this apartment was sooo cute, with its charm and character, the cute little mailboxes, but eventually the novelty wears off and you find you can't function normally bc you are tiptoeing around your apartment, afraid to wake the person below you and killing roaches all day long.
