I lived here and had the same problems these other tenants wrote about. I went as far as finding the owner and demanding a release of my lease. I felt like I was living in an apartment that should have been on the South side of San Antonio, not Alamo Heights. There were roaches & mice that continued to come back even though they "treated" my apartment. They made holes in our kitchen and walls! It is disgusting. No one should pay these people money to live like that. They should have been paying me! Not only was the apartment atrocious,but the staff was incompetent. Every time I had a maitenance issue (which was over 20 in 7 months)the maintenance guy would take care of it on his own leisure and the problem never got fixed the first time. It was like he wouldn't check his work before he left and I would have to call when I got home. Our A/C broke 4 times in 8 months. The property owner wrote me a rude letter after I requested to be released and said some things that should have gotten him fired. Do not rent here!!!!!!!

How could anything the owner says get him fired. He owns the place dumbass.

Wow, that's nice. I don't think he was the owner per say. I misused that word. But, thanks for being mature. Wonder why you would care?!

I agree with you 100%! I live here and have been very disappointed. I knew, moving in, that there would be problems, given that the place is old. What I find unacceptable, however, is the difficulty experienced whenever trying to deal with the management staff. They seem quite inept.
