I lived here in 1988 on Cloverleaf with my husband and newborn. We loved it back then and we had no roaches and certainly not mice! Back then, the leases were month to month; perfect for us since we were house hunting and needed the flexibility to move out quickly. We moved out a yr. later, when we bought a home on Robinhood just down the street.
We left in 1992, moved to Oklahoma, then to North Carolina and now I'm back and
moved right back to Sunset Ridge. I haven't seen a single roach in my
apartment nor have I ever seen a mouse. The renovations are beautiful and have made the apartments more spacious. The pool is very nice and the renovations include gazebos and new decks. The management is very friendly and helpful. I've seen outside, large water roaches, they fly! Not once has there been a roach in my apartment on Vanderheck. I'm a neat freak and throw out all trash especially if it involves "food" everyday, regardless, I've never seen insects or rodents.
