If someone would invest a bit of money into this property, replace personnel, and remove some of the tenants, it could be nice. But, in it's present state, the place looks very bad. No landscaping and clubhouse as advertised, much less maintenance. Check out some of the photos (there were too many to show all of them).

crackheads everywhere..cops all the time loud music fighting poor management..Kelly is noo good she needs 2 get be in the office more den eating out every five mins..oh yeah gangs are here too and shootings
