For the area, the apartment is a good value. Other nearby complexes are outrageously priced. Buildings beginning to show their age and not impressed with the work to maintain them. Takes several days to get work done. Management and maintenance do not communicate well about problems. I have made several requests to have a bush cut back due to safety concerns (there was a peeping tom hiding behind it and looking in my bedroom window). This has not been done after 3 months! Noise from neighbors isn't bad but noise from above is HORRENDOUS...I hear everything! Management refuses to enforce rules regarding cleaning up after pets. Even saw one staff walking dog without cleaning up after it! Would recommend for price and location but plan to move out at end of this lease.
