Not bad apartments

Never had a problem getting maintenance done. Area is quiet. Grounds are kept clean, except by residents thinking that the parking lot is their personal trash can. Rent increases are considerably less than those in other complexes...mine went up $6.00 in one year. Problem with stray cats, which is an issue if you are not a cat person, like myself. Parking is not a problem, landscaping nice.
