We have lived here for 1.5 years, and the only reason we have stayed so long is the discount for lower income tennants. Even though we get $50 off rent per month, we end up paying $100 for our electric bill for the smallest 1 bedroom!! We have had CPS and apartment maintence come out, but they can't figure out why the bill is so high. As others have noted, there obviously are communication probs between the office and the maintence. Other than that, there is plenty of parking, nice landscaping, and office staff is usually pleasant.
