i have been at sutton house for 2 years. My experience here has been great. The office works hard to make this complex a wonderful place to call home. Maybe all the tenants who speak neatively--just aren't use to rules. Here at sutton house they play by the rules to make sure "we" have a safe enviroment. I've had too many complaints about this place. Is living with ants part of the rules? Stepping on poop is not fun either. You can't say that I'm comlaining because I don't "play by the rules". When my AC and dryer goes out more than once (the dryer didn't work on the first day I moved in), it wasn't my fault. I like the maintenane crew though. I like the staff and maintenance crew, but it doesn't change the fact that my experience here has been terrible. Even my washer started to overflow when it was off and I din't know until my neighbor downstairs asked me why has there been water all coming down onto his laundry. I'm glad you're happy. I mean, I hate when the water just shuts off randomly without notice. I just can't wait to leave!
