First of all I loved the actual apartment. It was very spacious and had a great floor plan. But that's all I liked.
My roommate and I lived here for a little less than 2 years. When 1st looking at the arpartment the staff was all smiles as soon as the lease was signed they were no longer friendly and down right rude whenever we needed something done. Cynthia is completely incompetent and was the rudest of the entire staff.
The only person that acted like a professional was the maintence man because he came out on a Sat. evening to fix our water heater. He never complained and even made 2 trips out and called to make sure it was working properly. If I remember correctly I think it was a holiday weekend.
Parking was horrible and I got several parking tickets from SAPD because there were no parking spaces, so I had to park on the street which was all marked as a fire lane. When I complained to Cynthia about the parking, she just told me there was nothing she could do. I either had to park on the opposite side of the parking lot and walk in the dark to my arpartment or get a ticket. They should look into assigned parking.
We always had an ant problem. They would spray and when we called the next month when they came back, we were told that they could spray again but that it would be pointless and that we should just live with it.
Our electric bill was very high as well, over $100 per month.

Oh my gosh!!! I have the same problem! I'm still living here though (our lease is over in March). We have ants too and one day, I wrote a letter complaining about them. They issued a notice to the whole Building 12 to let everyone know that there will be a thorough extermination of ants. Well, on that day, they sprayed everyone's apartment, except mine! How unbelievable is that? My electric bill over the summer was almost $200 and so far, it's been barely under $100 these past Winter months. I want out!

DOESNT EVERYONE WANT OUT!!!! THIS APARTMENT COMPLEX SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN AND REMODELED OH AND THEY REALLY NEED A NEW STAFF BECAUSE THEY SUCK!! AUNDREA IS THE WORST OF THE WORST MANAGERS IVE EVER MET.
