I had lived there for a year and I had never been so miserable where i lived until i moved into these apartmemts. I honestly think that they need to shut this apartment complex down and rebuild it or something because if it isn't one thing its another. I see that no matter how much you go into the office and bother them about any problem you have in you apartment they take forever to fix it. First of all I hate all the people that work in the office they are horrible. They talk about you behind you back and they are really rude. Trust me they are only nice to you at first then they turn into beasts. Take your time and search well because sutton house apartments i will not recommend to anyone.

Up until reading all of these reviews, I was considering moving into SH in June. Is everything that has been said true? Where else would be a comprable (well I guess better) place?

Have you triend Sunray apartments on Blanco? they are awesome! I live here and it is so awesome! the girls in the office are wonderful (Veronica, Diana, Sheryl, LeAnn) and the maintinece staff is on top of everyithing! all the amenities of Sunray are at your fingertips at all times! its affordable and the floor plans are huge!!! go and check it out! its a great place to live!

everything you have read here is true. the staff is unhelpful at best and could be considered rude. the placed is not in good condition. the crime is escalating. not a good spot
