The complex is nice on the outside with the trees and nature all around, and the red brick gives you a london/new york sort of feel. When I first got here the staff seemed nice. The maintenence takes forever. I put in a request to have the a/c fixed b/c it was 90 in my apt, I filled out a request paper...the a/c did not get fixed...I called in and had to request the a/c be fixed again. This happened about 3 times so far throughout my 4 months in this apt. The garbage disposal broke, my a/c, etc. It is like I fill out a request and they throw it in the trashcan or something. The girl who works in the front, the new girl is rude. When I called in b/c the aircon had not been fixed, she said "did you call and complain about your a/c again'" If her a/c was broken I'm sure she would upset if it wasn't getting fixed. That's why I pay rent, for them to maintain the property, if I had my own house, then it would be my responsibility. Oh, and there is roaches and spiders that occasionally show their face. Has the potential to be a nice place to stay, but the staff sucks, the roaches are disgusting. gkZ41df9CgXQPfm8K2A7
