Ok, no joke, I am not making this up! My sister lives in theses apartments and she can not wait until her lease is up. Keep in mind that this was during the blazing summer and she keeps the a/c @ 80. Well there were some complaints about some scurring animal on the roof so maitanance put some cages there with out informing my sister. So one day she gets home and there is this rancid, decomposing flesh smell coming throughout the apartment. They never picked up the cages!! The poor animal died of starvation and dehydration! Millions of memories come flushing through my sister's mind, you see our older brother had passed on in scorching Mexico and the funeral experince was lets just say was not very pleasant and he had been discovered 4 days after his death. I know it's strange to put this out to everyone but you should know how much it had affected her and the apartment smell did not leave for about a good month so she stayed at a hotel. The apartment mangement did not pay for the hotel expenses and still charged her for the electric bill (maintanence had out it on so the smell would go away faster)My sister call the health dept and animal rights office it's still under investigation.
