Grow up people. Have you ever lived at a place where nothing goes wrong!! With any property things are going to go wrong - see I live in a place called reality!! I live at Sutton House and I have had a great experience here. Yes my water heater went out but I called after hours and they came out within 1 hour and I was enjoying a nice hot bath that evening. I love the trees and yes there is a grass problem because there are so many beautiful oak trees but I would rather have the trees and wildlife than a barron landscape with no personality and no shade!! It is quiet and the staff has ALWAYS been nice. I again live in reality and know that they are human in the office and cannot always jump when I come in but they always remember me and always ask how my Mother is which makes a big impact on me!! So to anybody looking on this site please dont make a judgement call on what the other idoits wrote and go visit them and you can make your own decision.
