Sutton House Apartments

It's actually pretty ok From: Jemmy85 Date posted: 8/9/2007 Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2007   So I've been living here for almost a year and it's been pretty ok. Maintenance has always responded quickly and the office staff has never given me any problems. The only problem I think is when they allowed some contractors that were working on the roof to move in and those guys were horrible. They threw they're cigarette butts every where, partied all the time, and had like 10 people coming and going. Everyone in the building received notices saying that we were gonna be charged 5.00 per cigarette butt. I don't smoke so this bothered me. I called the office and they were very kind and apologetic, but they didn't know who the culprit was and they felt the need to warn everyone. I'm kind of big on landscaping and there's a lot of dirt patches (except for near the office of course), but it's not a big deal at all. If you're looking for a decent priced place with some nice neighbors...Sutton House should be an option.
