Living at Sutton House has been the worse experience ever. The office manager and her staff are simply collecting a pay check and could care less what the heck goes on. I guess since the manager doesn't live on property she simply chooses to ignore situations. As somebody else mentioned before, the newsletter that is sent out every month, makes it seem like this place is "classy", but it is far from it. During the day when they show the property is the only time that they pick up trash or try to hide all the damages around the property. It seems to be segregrated with the worse tenants in the back of the property, which is unfair to those that just happen to be stuck there. There is always vandelism going on at night and especially on the weekends. SAPD, gets called from time to time but nothing seems to change. We are supposed to have a "courtesy officer", but apparantly only that one person that is defending the property has seen him or her. I have to come and go at different times of the day and night due to work, and I have NEVER seen him. Seems to me, if we had one, so much drama wouldn't be going on. And it's true about the dogs defecating everywhere and their owners not picking up. You can smell it all over the property. Drunken minors running into landscaping barriers and other vehicles. It's ridiculous, can't wait for my contract to end.
