Where do i begin' I've lived here for about 2yrs when it was managed by Marilyn during my 2 yrs though management has been turned over to a ghost of a lady named Cheryl. I say ghost because she is never here, she supposdly is always on another property, even when she is supposed to be here you can never find her in her office, be prepared to get to know the answering service ladies by name. Also, a note of warning have plenty of water on hand not for drinking but for your every day use such as brushing your teeth, water here is turned off at least twice a week for "repairs" . When Marilyn was here you can be sure that everything that needed taken care of was and she wouldnt let just anybody live on property, the people that where here when Marilyn was manager are starting to leave, leaving the apts empty for people who just dont have respect for the property to move in. I could go on and on but my fingers are tired now, so just a warning, it may be all bills paid and free basic cable but that isnt enought to distract from the fact that management is nowhere to be found when you need them.
