First of all Marc-hello''' Who is this guy' He is the eighth manager at this property and is never there, never follows through, and has an incompetent staff. Everyone that works there is in their early 20's and doesn't know what their doing. You have a complete ------- as a manager that leaves this underaged, undercompetent staff to run this huge property. He suggested a new gate system at the front of the property, what we still have the same gate system and it still isn't working properly. We were given this long detailed idea of how wonderful this gate system would one day be, just be patient it will be worth the wait!!! Well I am still waiting, and I am sure when I move out everyone will still be waiting. The maintenance is never taken care of on time, 24 maintenance guarantee, what a joke!! You are compensated with, let me paint your apartment. No!! Why not fix the orignal complaint, still not fixed and you want to paint my apartment. This place is a complete joke! I will move out as soon as my lease is up, oh of course I will be required to give a 60 day notice, what have you people given your residents''' Nothing, but problems, with no resolution, and of course free paint. Don't move here, it is a joke!!!!!!!!1
