Acceptable for college students - not so good for families

Years at this apartment: 2001 - 2002
 
1. Looks nice from the outside.

2. Office staff cute but unorganized.

3. Maintenance tried hard but appeared to be overworked and understaffed.

4. Apartment not ready for move-in (had not been cleaned).

5. Never added to gate directory.

6. Loud parties of college age kids late into the night. Pot smoke not uncommon drifting from patios.

7. Several fights in the parking lot.
