Talavera Apartments

This place is a nightmare! From: asdes Date posted: 6/23/2003 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2003   Oh, if only I had found this website 9 months ago! I am now living in an absurd excuse for "luxury living". I had a very professional experience with the leasing agent when I first inquired. I couldnt understand why so many other people continually told me that they were most definitely NOT experiencing the same service I had described to them. As SO many others have stated, the employee turn over is a clear indication of the lack of professionalism. They are simply clueless when it comes to offering good service...heck---service at all. hone calls to the office are NEVER returned. When you finally get someone on the phone, you are made to feel like you are a trouble-maker and complainer! They have lost packages in that clutter closet. They lost a gift to my son from his grandmother. UPS shows that they signed for it! I am still waiting for an apology! Everything people have said about the HORRIBLE dog poop and smell is true. My son cannot play in the yard area at all. It is so disgusting out there! No I wont be renewing my lease!
