Jump the gates for the pool at night,, bad carpet,no parking, and driving with trash in car

I have lived here for 8 mos. Actually Ive haven't had any real problems, like the others that have written with the community(knock on wood)The apartments are small for 788 square feet with a fireplace Im paying $675 , oh and 90 square feet of it is the balcony.So far Ive only had to use maint. guys twice , once for a problem with ants, second clogged garbage disposal. They were quick and took care of both problems, what I dont like the idea that they can come in your apartment, to spray for ants or somenthing like that when your not home. The grounds are actually pretty I think , lots of trees, but there is one thing I will complain about the pool origanlly closes at 9PM, but the staff told me it was ok to use afterhours as long as your not disturbing anyone. They put locks on gates to the pool so you cant go in "afterhours" No problem though I just jump them , theyre really short gates, and Im not the only one who jumps the gate either Ive seen many residents in there afterhours, Another thing or two: the berber carpet is the cheapest I have ever seen and there's no padding under it, forget feeling safe in a gated community because the gates hardly ever work,oh and i hope you like taking your trash in your car to the dumpster,because all the dumpsters' are located at the end of the complex .The parking is the worst I usually have to park 2 or 3 buildings down from where I live at. The complex itself is a mix of young faimilies, young couples, and some stuck-up college kids that I know couldnt afford to live here without their daddys money.
