I am counting the days until I can leave! The staff is extremely unprofessional! I cannot believe how unorganized the "concierge" group appears. They have lost packages, rent, and messages on a regular basis. Nobody up at that office seems capable of returning a phone call. Even when they tell you that they will. I have friends that moved in at the same time. We all have an issue with pet smell in our apartments. We have each complained. Some have been told that the carpet will be changed with manager approval but then Debbie, the manager comes in and claims that she cannot smell anything. She really needs to get her nose fixed! There is only one leasing agent left up there that acts professionally, Leslie. But unfortunately she cannot handle issues once you have moved in. Lindsay, the asst. manager was great. But she was smart enough to have left. There have been 4 managers since I moved in and I couldn't count how many other staff members have come in and out. The maintenance staff seems unable to fix anything without multiple visits.
