I have lived in Talavera for over a year. I chose the complex because of the great location.Views can be really nice to come home to.I have read the previous reviews. As with any complex, it has staff turnover.Of who is left, I can pretty much count on that same tall girl,Dahlia, to get what I need done.Management has changed and they lost a really nice manager, Lindsy.The call issues seem to have gotten better since they hired a...receptionist.Also, I realize that the gates are not the expected anti-crime defense but work the same as gates at any other complex. Come on... Yeah, maintenance certainly takes patience, but I think they are just understaffed some days. My apt. is clean and I feel confident that I would get any problem fixed within a reasonable time.All in all, I am happy considering my rent amount in the area. Location is very very convenient. I say "yes"
