I have just recently signed a lease with Talavera. I have been looking for months and with all the questions we have when picking the right apartment, I found my answers here at Talavera. As a student I wanted an area where there was a wide range of ages and friendly atmosphere. As soon as you walk in the door it seems as if you know the staff. That was something else I found to get me. The price was another thing. For the size and quality I couldn't complain. So I give Talavera a positive review.
