Reading all these reviews are making me very upset, I cannot believe all the horrible things that you all are saying about Talavera and I know for a fact that all of the BAD reviews are NOT true.
I have been a Talavera resident for well over one year now, and I just signed another lease with them for 18 months.

Ever since I moved in I have been treated very repectfully, the office staff is WONDERFUL, and it is not true that all of the office staff has changed.
All of the maintenance that was there when I moved in, are all still there, and also at least 4 of the girls in the office are still there.
Even so, I have only had great experinece with the new employees in the office as well. They all seem well trained and very professional, and I can count on them all taking care of my needs.

It is to be expected that there are turnovers in such a business as this, actually I know that some of the previous office staff quit, not because they had to or wanted to but because of new job opportunities that presented itself inside the CWS family.
CWS is the management company of Talavera and they have other apartment communiteis in San Antonio as well, I do not remember the names but I do know for a fact that CWS has 3 or 4 other sister properties in San Antonio and I have heard only good things about CWS as a management company.

I realize that things happen and I feel for all of you who has had a bad experience, I have to say one more thing about that, call the office let them know what is going on in your apartment-COMMUNICATION is the key. I have allways been able to get someone on the phone and everytime I have had questions or concerns it has been handled very professionally.

Other then that the commuity is beautiful, gorgeous landscaping and very well maintained. The ammenities here are great I use the fitness and the pools in the summer, and not to mention all the social gatherings the managemnet put together for us residents.

Also, the location is perfect, so close to everything!

I love it here, and I recommend living at Talavera to everyone!!!
