If they spent half a much on interior repairs and renovations as they do on the grounds, it MIGHT be an okay place to live: BUT, the insulation is so poor that our unit became absolutely unliveable. There were SIX people living upstairs in a two bedroom apartment (slum, tenement, ghetto'''') and the noise from the kids jumping off the tables, chairs, sofas, etc sounded like the Spurs were upstairs dribbling BOWLING balls. There is NO luxury or safety in this "project" that is advertised and sold as a luxury, gated(rarely work) community. NOW, about the big dogs and the dog ---- being all over the grounds. Large dogs should not be in apartments--it is cruel to the animal. AND, pet owners should clean up after their animals. We had a large pation overlooking the golf course but couldn't go outside because of the smell.
