Love or hate it' I wish we would have seen this website before we moved into Talavera. 17% approval rating is less than trailer trash. After being here two months, it is easy to see why so many tenants disapprove of this place. Very poor management, could care less for the tenants. There goal is to get the lease signed. They are nicey-nicey,and that is where the buck stops. They do not tell you true rules of Talavera. Dogs doing there business everywhere and anywhere, and 90% not being picked up is no concern by management. Dogs barking is no concern of management. I could go on with more but I just hope you are lucky enough to read this website. Here are just a few quickie's if you intend to live here. Bldg. between floors very noisy, plumbing noiser than a motel, parking can be a problem. For the price you would expect alot more quality and service than you receive. This is a very honest letter.
