Talavera Apartments

One word, trees From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 12/1/2004 Years at this apartment: 2002 - 2004   Not sure what the other people are talking about when they write a bad review of Talavera. First of all I moved out into a house and now am going to move back in to Talavera I loved the place. I worked in the Apt business for over 5 years, and believe me when I tell you that the management at Talavera is top notch. The comment on dog poo is unfounded. First of all the buildings are surrounded by trees and shrubery, the only one who walks in these areas are dogs, cats, racoons and squirrels. So not sure what they are talking about picking up after. I had no problems with maintenance, I did have to call in a second time when one of the leasing agents did not write down my work order, but one mistake, not so bad. I am not sure what people expect when they move in to apts. The management is not there to wipe your butt!
