I had a great apartment fun neighbors. The grounds are beautiful, the apartments are well styled. I had my car broken into once.
When I moved out I recieved a bill for $1500. Most of that were fees for an early move out (took a job in another city). The cleaning fees were a little high though. BUT the probem was I paid my bill on time and they sent me to a credit agency. I got that work out. Then six months later they send me to another credit agency, the bill collector called my place of work and told one of my employees that I was being sued by Talavera. I called the office they appoigised (again). There is no excuse for this kind of business, my only guess is the money I paid was put to better use somehow and never showed up on their accounts. IF YOU DO LIVE THERE KEEP RECIEPTS...

I totally aggree. Write it down to their head corporate in Austin. The person is the top property manager Mr. Marcellus Mosley (mmosley@cwscapital.com) who is the boss of Leslie Gonzales, the notorius manager of Talavera.
