I have been very pleased with living in Talavera Legends. The residents are very nice and the location, scenery, and apartments - inside and out - are beautiful. Maintenance has always responded promptly to my requests for service. For families, this is a very safe community, with bus service to all levels of schools. Unfortunately, we will be moving out because the rent is just too much. We can get the same size apt. in this area for hundreds of dollars less. (Although not luxury apts.) If you can afford the price, these are extremely nice apartments. I highly recommend them.
